John Benny Robinson, 81, of Moultrie, died Monday, January 13, 2020 at Colquitt Regional Medical Center.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm on Thursday, January 16, 2020 in the chapel of Baker Funeral Home with Rev. Loren Hildebrant officiating. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 15, 2020 from 6pm - 8pm at the funeral home.
Born on November 30, 1938, in Colquitt Co., he was the son of the late George Horace Robinson, Sr. and Louise Dorsey Robinson. He owned Robinson Brothers Garage, a veteran of the United States Army, and of the Baptist Faith.
Mr. Robinson is survived by his sons, Tim Robinson and wife Toni and Terry Robinson, all of Norman Park; daughter in law, Josie Robinson of Norman Park; grandchildren, T.J. Robinson and wife Kristin of Omega, Adam Robinson and wife Megan of Tifton and Madison Robinson of Norman Park; great grandchildren, Hailey Robinson, Reid Robinson, Lily Robinson, Jacob Robinson, and Kolt Robinson; brothers, G.H. Robinson, Jr. of Moultrie, Charles Robinson and wife Betty of Omega; sister, Betty Lovett of Ty Ty; several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family asked that donations be made to the American Cancer Society 323 Pine Avenue Albany, GA 31701 or to a charity of your choice.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Baker Funeral Home.
