Johnny F. Norman, Sr.

Johnny F. Norman, Sr., 75, of Moultrie, passed away, on Monday, June 20, 2022, at his home.
Born on July 16, 1946, in Norman Park, he was the son of the late John Wesley Norman and Annie Grace Weeks Norman. Mr. Norman retired from State Farmer's Market as an auctioneer after 35 years and was a member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church.
Mr. Norman is survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Patricia Ann Porter Norman of Moultrie; son, Johnny F. Norman, Jr. and wife Jennifer of Panama City Beach, Florida; daughter, Tammy Bourquine and husband Michael of Barney; grandchildren, Shain Nowland, Jr. and Lindsey Bledsoe, Caleb Nowland and wife Destiny, Ryan Nowland and wife Kayla, Allison Rathel, John Wesley Norman, Emily Norman, Gracie Williams, and Waylon Norman; 7 great-grandchildren; sister, Gerrie Sue Shiver of Ocala, Florida, and E. Dianne Tucker and husband Billy of Maine; special son, Shain Nowland, Sr. of Moultrie; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Dixie Joyce Tillman and husband Thurman; and brother-in-law, LaDon Shiver.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, June 23, 2022, in the chapel of Baker Funeral Home with Rev. Warren Gilpin and Pastor Mike Keown officiating. Shain Nowland, Jr., Caleb Nowland, Ryan Nowland, Aston Brightwell-Segers, Garron Norman, and John Wesley Norman will serve as pallbearers. Interment will follow at Baker/Hillcrest Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held one hour before the service.
