Juanita Christine Stanfill

Juanita Christine Roland Stanfill, 93, of Moultrie, passed away on Sunday December 25, 2016 at Magnolia Manor South. Funeral service will be at 11:00 AM Tuesday, December 27, 2016 at China Grove Missionary Baptist Church with Rev. Ricky Griner officiating. Interment will follow in China Grove Cemetery. Casketbearers will be Kelvin Mills, Robby Stanfill, Jacky Stanfill, Donald Bennett, Hollis Taylor, and Roman Taylor. Honorary Pallbearer will be Stephen Horne. Born August 30, 1923 in Fitzgerald, Georgia, she was the daughter of the late James Lee Roland and Mollie Maude Green Roland. She was a homemaker and a member of China Grove Missionary Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John Wesley Stanfill; daughters, Johnnie Fae Stanfill and Mary Ann Stanfill; grandson, Michael Stanfill; brothers, James Oliver Roland, Green William Roland, Grady Monroe Roland, and Howard Randolph Roland; and sisters, Hazel Lovellen Roland, and Florence Lavada Roland Brown. Survivors include her son, Wesley Randolph Stanfill and wife Dee of Snellville, GA; daughter, Judy C. Mills and husband Melvin of Moultrie; grandchildren, Kelvin E. Mills of Moultrie, Tonja Mills Horne and husband Stephen of Moultrie, Donna Stanfill Taylor and husband Richard of Vada, Joseph C Stanfill and wife Ashlea of Atlanta, Larry Stanfill and wife Brenda of Fairbanks, Alaska, Nina Stanfill Phillips and husband Jim of South Carolina and James Owens and wife Lucia of Virginia; numerous great grandchildren. Visitation will be 1 hour prior to service, from 10am-11am at China Grove Missionary Baptist Church.
