Kevin Dietrick Jordan, Jr., age 17, of Moultrie died Tuesday August 8, 2017. Funeral service will be held 2:00pm Sunday August 13, 2017 at Baker Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Baker/Hillcrest Memorial Gardens. Pastor Margie T. Jordan through the Veil Ministry will officiate. Pallbearers will be Chris Roberts, Ricky Hopper, Bryan Jordan, Latabivious Greene, Fyedrian Godfrey and Gabriel Jordan. Mr. Jordan was born March 21, 2000 to Kevin Dietrick Jordan, Sr. and Lacrisia Carolltle Ridley of Mou...ltrie. He was a student and of the Baptist faith. He is survived by his father Kevin Dietrick Jordan, Sr. and Sealitta Guemez; mother, Lacrisia Carolltle Ridley; brothers; Kevarrius Hayes, Gabriel Jordan, Deandre Jordan, Isiah Jordan, Christian Guemez and Joseph Guemez, sisters; Kearia Ridley, Chyana Guemez and Jazmin Guemez; grandmother, Phyllis Williams; grandfather, James Ridley; aunts, Breanna Jordan and Justine Wooden; uncle, Bryan Jordan. Visitation will be one hour prior to service. Arrangements have been entrusted to Baker Funeral Home.
