Larry Neal Williams  MOULTRIE - Larry Neal Williams, 71, of Moultrie, died Wednesday, Nov. 18, 2015, at his residence.  A memorial service will be held 2 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 21, at Baker Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Lennon Howell officiating.  Born on Aug. 21, 1944, in Bakersfield, Calif., he was the son of Walter Robert Williams and Mildred Daniels Williams. He was a retired truck driver and of the Baptist faith.  He was preceded in death by a daughter, Terri Hall; and brothers, Ronald Williams, Odell Williams, Jerry Williams, and Rex Williams.  Survivors include his wife, Virginia Jowers Williams of Moultrie; son, Christopher Williams of Kentucky; daughters, Larrissa Williams Ramos of Minnesota, and Regina Hall May of Moultrie; seven grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; special granddaughter, Regina Miller and husband, Brent, of Moultrie; and special friend and caregiver, Cynthia McCall of Moultrie. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
