Lillie Elizabeth Tillman

Lillie Elizabeth Tillman, 60, of Norman Park died Monday, Sept. 19, 2011, at Archbold Medical Center in Thomasville. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Sept. 23, at Baker Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Shane Ashley officiating. Interment will follow at Buck Creek Cemetery. Carl Wesley Horne, Wayne Mills, Wendell Eure, Richard Goodno, Charlie Holton and Charles Holton will serve as casketbearers. Born March 30, 1951, in Moultrie, Ms. Tillman was the daughter of the late Homer Bascom Tillman and Madis Idona Asbell Tillman. She was a homemaker and was of the Baptist faith. She was preceded in death by three brothers, Jerry Tillman, Aaron Tillman and Robert Allen Tillman. Survivors include a special friend, Ralph Cude; a son, Dewayne Thomas Tillman of Norman Park; a daughter, Jenifer Tillman Carr and husband Bryan of Tifton; four brothers, L.C. Tillman of Sylvester, Herman Tillman of Newnan, Roger Tillman of Norman Park and Steve Tillman and wife Rose Marie of Millen; a sister, Brenda Williamson and husband Charles Holton of Prattville, Ala.; and a grandchild, Hayden Elizabeth Carr of Tifton.
