Louie William Ricks, Jr., 71, of Moultrie, passed away on Saturday, April 6, 2019 at Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 13, 2019 at 2pm at Mount Olive Baptist Church with Rev. Andy Cashwell officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at Mount Olive Baptist Church.
Born on November 26, 1947, in Moultrie, Georgia, he was the son of Brenice Marie Murphy and the late Louie William Ricks, Sr. He was a restaurant owner and a self- employed Truck Driver.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his brothers, David Ricks and Ken Ricks and wife Tina, all of Moultrie; and sister, JoAnne Haskard of Moultrie; nieces and nephews, BreeAnn Medina, Kyle Ricks, Caleb Ricks, Walter Haskard and wife DeAnn of Hahira; and grand nieces and nephews, Ansley and J.T. Haskard, and Sawyer Ricks.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Baker Funeral Home.
