Lucile M. Lowery Lucile Lowery, 90, of Ellenton, GA, died Friday March 7m, 2014, at her home. Funeral services will be at 3pm Sunday, March 9, 2014, at Ellenton Baptist Church with the Revs. Wayne smith and Lennon Howell officiating. Burial will be at the McMillan Family Cemetery in Lenox. Visitition will be from 6-8 Saturday March 8, 2014 at Baker Funeral Home. Casketbearers will be Joseph Lowery, Jamie Lowery, Mark Norman, Robert Spradley, Jody Brown and Kenneth Keigans, Chance Crow. Mrs. Lowery was born January 6, 1924 in Colquitt County to Charlie and Willie Mae Baker McMillan. She was a member of Ellenton Baptist Church and she was a retired school teacher of over 30 years. She is survived by two sons; Leonard Lowery and wife Jo of Augusta, GA and David "Bee" Lowery and wife Deborah of Ellenton, GA, one sister; Christine Clark of Macon, GA, six grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Edwin Bailey "Boots" Lowery and 5 brothers, Shelton, Dan Willie J., Charlie and Melton McMillan and one sister, Merle Butler.
