Maria M. Mejorado

Maria Madelena Mejorado, de 69 años, de Moultrie, falleció en el Centro Médico Regional de Colquitt el miércoles 19 de febrero de 2025.

La visita con el rosario se llevará a cabo el sábado 22 de febrero de 2025 en la capilla de Baker Funeral Home de 6:00 p.m. a 8:00 p.m., comenzando el rosario a las 7:00 p.m., dirigido por Victor y Maria Vasquez.

Nacida el 14 de julio de 1955 en Monterrey, México, era hija de los fallecidos Herman Mejorado y Virginia Alvarado. La Sra. Maria M. Mejorado fue una madre, abuela y bisabuela devota, cuyo amor y calidez tocaron a todos los que la conocieron. Amaba profundamente a su familia, encontrando una inmensa alegría en sus ocho hijos, dieciocho nietos y tres bisnietos.

Maria era una excelente cocinera, conocida por preparar deliciosas comidas que reunían a sus seres queridos. Sentía un gran orgullo por su hogar, disfrutando del orden, la jardinería y el trabajo en el patio, asegurándose siempre de que su entorno estuviera lleno de belleza y cuidado.

Por encima de todo, Maria era más feliz al lado del amor de su vida, Pedro Jeronimo Ramos. Su amor fue una fuente de fortaleza y alegría, un testimonio del profundo vínculo que compartían.

Además de sus padres, le precedió en la muerte su hija, Maria Garcia.

Le sobreviven su amado esposo, Pedro Jeronimo Ramos; sus hijos, Olga Garcia, Jose Garcia, Jessica Garcia, Ruby Cordero y su esposo Israel, Billy Cordero, Christopher Cordero y su esposa Yesmarie, y Laura Moxthe y Rashad; dieciocho nietos y tres bisnietos.

Maria Madelena Mejorado, 69, of Moultrie, died at Colquitt Regional Medical Center on Wednesday, February 19, 2025.

Visitation with Rosary will be held on Saturday, February 22, 2025, in the chapel of Baker Funeral Home from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm, with the rosary starting at 7:00 pm led by Victor and Maria Vasquez.

Born on July 14, 1955, in Monterrey, Mexico, she was the daughter of the late Herman Mejorado and Virginia Alvarado. Mrs. Maria M. Mejorado was a devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother whose love and warmth touched all who knew her. She cherished her family deeply, finding immense joy in her eight children, eighteen grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.

Maria was an excellent cook, known for preparing delicious meals that brought her loved ones together. She took great pride in her home, enjoying housekeeping, gardening, and yardwork, always ensuring that her surroundings were filled with beauty and care.

Above all, Maria was happiest by the side of the love of her life, Pedro Jeronimo Ramos. Their love was a source of strength and joy, a testament to the deep bond they shared.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Maria Garcia.

She is survived by her devoted husband, Pedro Jeronimo Ramos; children, Olga Garcia, Jose Garcia, Jessica Garcia, Ruby Cordero and husband Israel, Billy Cordero, Christopher Cordero and wife Yesmaria, and Laura Moxthe and Rashad; 18 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
