Marie Inett Norman

Marie Inett Norman, 71, of Albany, formerly of Moultrie, passed away Tuesday, September 7, 2021, at her home.
A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, September 11, 2021, in the chapel of Baker Funeral Home with Rev. Gary James and Rev. Wayne Smith officiating. Michael Norman, Matt Norman, Brett Shepard, Bee Lowery, Jody Brown, and Lennon Howell will serve as pallbearers. Interment will follow at Wrights Chapel Cemetery.
Mrs. Norman was born on August 8, 1950, in Moultrie, Georgia, she was the daughter of the late Coy Miller and Bessie Lou Castleberry Miller. She worked at riverside manufacturing for 24 years, then worked for caterpillar for 15 years. She was a member of Ellenton Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Shannon Norman; and brother Preston Miller.
Mrs. Norman is survived by her husband, Wade Norman of Albany; daughter, Stacy Goolsby and husband Vance of Leesburg; brother, Coy Miller and wife Betty of Ellenton; sisters, Betty Howell of Jacksonville, Florida, and Ruby Jean Harris and husband Jerry of Hahira; grandchildren, Michael Norman and wife Courtney of Adel, Matt Norman and wife Jessica of Norman Park, and Leigha Shepard and husband Brett of Leesburg; great grandchildren, Drayton Norman, Lena Kate Norman, Sawyer Norman, and Waylon Norman; and daughter in law, Kristie Norman of Norman Park.
Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service from 1:00-2:00 PM in the chapel of Baker Funeral Home.
The family will be gathering at their home in Albany.
