Mario Vazquez-Estrada, 53, of Omega, passed away, Monday, October 30, 2017 at his home. Funeral service will be held at 1:00 pm, Saturday, November 4, 2017 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church with Father Alfonso Gutierrez and Pastor Ernesto Vanegas officiating. Interment will follow at Omega Cemetery. Born March 31, 1964 in Mier y Noriega, Nuevo Leon, he was the son of the late Amparo Estrada and Esequiel Vazquez-Martinez. Survivors include his sons, Mario Alejandro Vazquez-Contreras; daughters, Amparo Marisol Vazquez-Contreras and Ruth Sanai Vazquez-Contreras; father, Esequiel Vazquez-Martinez, brothers, Juan Vazquez-Soto, Marco Antonio Vazquez, Esequiel Vazquez Jr., Benjamin Vazquez Estrada; sisters, Susana Vazquez-Estrada, Alma Vazquez, Alejandrina Vazquez, and Blanca Vazquez Visitation will be held on Friday, November 3, 2017 from 6pm-8pm in the chapel of Baker Funeral Home. Arrangements have been entrusted to Baker Funeral Home.
