Marjorie Ann Sheley

Marjorie Ann Croy Sheley, 80, of Moultrie, passed away on Saturday, June 17, 2017 at Colquitt Regional Medical Center. She was born on August 8, 1936 in Moultrie, to the late Phillip Henry Croy and Esther Newton Croy. She was a retired case worker for DFACS and was of the Baptist faith. She was preceded in death by her brother Bill Croy and sisters, Betty Ruth Causey, and Virginia Cheek. Survivors include her husband, John Timothy Sheley of Moultrie; son, Raymond Paul Sheley and wife Laurie of Atlanta; a daughter, Julie Elizabeth Sheley of Moultrie; grandchildren, Mary Elizabeth Sheley, Julia Sheley, and Collin Sheley. There will be a memorial service held on Wednesday June 21, 2017 at 2:00pm in the chapel of Baker Funeral Home with Rev. Andy Cashwell officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Arrangements have been entrusted to Baker Funeral Home.
