Marvin H. Williams MOULTRIE - Marvin H. Williams, 86, of Moultrie, died July 19, 2015, at his residence. Funeral services will be 2 p.m., July 22, at Baker Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Bobby Wiard officiating. Casketbearers will be Frank Hackle, Roy Hackle, Jeremy Hancock, Charlton Tyler, Dorsey Wiard, and Ricky Purvis; honorary casketbearers wil be Paul L. Williams, and Billy Tillman. Interment will follow at Baker/Hillcrest Memorial Gardens. Born in Moultrie on Febuary 4, 1929 he was a son of W.H. "Bill" Williams & Nancy Beulah Southerland Williams. He was a self employed mechanic and a member of New Jerusalem Freewill Baptist Church. Mr. Williams was preceeded in death by two brothers, Willie Williams, and Cicero Williams; and three sisters, Della Roberts, Ella Wiard, and Hazel Browning. Survivors include his wife, Geraldine Hackle Williams of Moultrie, Ga.; son, Roger Williams & wife Denise of Cochran, Ga.; daughter, Jerrie Harris and husband, Tony, of McDonough, Ga.; three grandchildren, Jessie Mullis and husband, Elijah, of Cochran, Ga., Julie Sapp & husband, Randy, of Eastman, Ga., and Shane Harris of McDonough, Ga.; and eight great-grandchildren, Gabbi Ragan, Bane Mullis, Stella Sapp, Olivia Sapp, Ashley Sapp, Brodie Sapp, Noah Mullis, and Estan Hall. The family will recieve friends from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. on July 21 at Baker Funeral Home. Arrangements have been entrusted to Baker Funeral Home.
