Mary L. Hetchler

Mary Louise Stambaugh Hetchler, 78, of Omega, died Sunday, February 2, 2020 at Tift Regional Medical Center.
Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, February 5, 2020 at Bethel Baptist Church, with the Rev Dr. Howard Burke and Rev. Troy Dykes officiating. Interment will follow at Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery. Lance Rickett, David Brace, Daniel Moreno, Chad Moltmaker, Cory Moltmaker, and David Sutton will all serve as Casketbearers.
Mrs. Hetchler was born on August 27, 1941 in Sunfield, Michigan, and was the daughter of the late Ronald Stambaugh and Eloise Thrams Stambaugh Jones. She was a homemaker and a member at Bethel Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Dale Stambaugh.
Mrs. Hetchler is survived by her husband, Gerald " Jerry" Hetchler of Omega; children, Cheryl Hetchler of Woodland, Michigan, Scott Hetchler and wife Julie of Sunfield, Michigan and April VanDevelde and husband Mike of Omega; grandchildren, Dalene and Lance Rickett, Shannon and David Sutton, Nanci and David Brace, Brian Hetchler, Chad and Amanda Moltmaker, Sonya Miller, Cory and Alicia Moltmaker, Brittany Hetchler, Jessica and Daniel Moreno, Shane and Kaitlyn VanDevelde; 20 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held 1 hour prior to the service from 10:00am - 11:00am  at Bethel Baptist Church.
