Mary Wyland Hill

Mary M. Wyland Hill, 85, of Moultrie, passed away on Wednesday, May 16, 2018 at home surrounded by her family. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, May 19, 2018 at 3:00pm in the chapel of Baker Funeral Home with Rev. Danny Thomas officiating. Interment will follow at Baker/Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.  Casketbearers will be Katrina Przybylski, Harley McMurphy, Ashley Williams, Miranda Yates, Carin Yates, Nicole Phillips. Born on January 6, 1933, in Wellsboro, Indiana, she was the daughter of the late Roy Wyland and Dorothy Good Wyland Cross. She was a nurse's aide with hospitals in LaPorte, IN, Phoebe Putney and Colquitt Regional Medical Center. She was a member of First Church of the Nazarene. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Warren Junior Hill; son, Randall Warren Hill; grandchild, Matthew Edward Hill; brother, Earl R. Wyland; and sisters, Eunetta Kimmel and Donna Cripps. Survivors include her sons, Douglas L. Hill and wife Becky of Walkerton, Indiana, James L. Hill of Moultrie, Garry A. Hill and wife Darlyn of Doerun, and David W. Hill and wife Pam of Funston; daughter, Dona M. Hill of Moultrie; 20 grandchildren; 46 great grandchildren; and 2 great-great grandchildren; and beloved pet, Lady. Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 19, 2018, one hour prior to the service in the chapel of Baker Funeral Home. Arrangements have been entrusted to Baker Funeral Home.
