Mary Ruth Meredeth Jacobs NORMAN PARK Mary Ruth Meredeth Jacobs, 65, of Norman Park, died Saturday, Oct. 13, 2012, at her residence. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 17, at Life Springs Community Church with the Rev. Julian Griner officiating. Interment will be at Schley Baptist Church Cemetery. Pallbearers will be John Brannen, Chuck Snider, Chuck O'Kelly, John Paul Duckworth, Tim Ricks and Tim DeMott. Mrs. Jacobs was born Aug. 6, 1947, in Sylvester to Lucy Thomason Meredeth and the late Jessie Calvin Meredeth. She was a homemaker and a Baptist. Survivors include her husband, Benny Gerald Jacobs of Norman Park; daughters, Lynn Jacobs of Norman Park, Cindy Paige and husband Dustin of Norman Park, Melissa Flower and husband Hank of Moultrie, Traci Tucker and husband Gary of Moultrie, and a special daughter, Tammy O'Kelley and husband Chuck of Moultrie; a brother, Carl Meredeth and wife Brenda of Moultrie; a sister, Joy Ricks and husband Randy of Moultrie; grandchildren, Adriana Lamb, John Flowers, Dylan Flowers, Dakoda Flowers, Logan Sixkiller, Ashton Flowers, Mason Tucker and Amalee Tucker; and special grandchildren, Zach and Nathan O'Kelley. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. today, Oct. 16, at Baker Funeral Home. Donations may be made to Hospice. Arrangements have been entrusted to Baker Funeral Home.
