Michael Allen Hodnett

Michael Allen Hodnett, 49, of Norman Park, Georgia passed away February 1, 2022 at Colquitt Regional Medical Center.
Funeral services will be held on 2:00 pm Sunday, February 6, 2022 at Moultrie Church of God with Rev. Ricky McLaughlin officiating with Rev. Julian Griner assisting. Interment will follow at Baker/Hillcrest Memorial Gardens. Cory Jarvis, Dwight Childs, Tyler Casteel, Alex Hodnett, Josh Jarvis, Tony Jarvis as pallbearers. Honorary Pallbearers will be Gaston Hodnett and Kellen Hodnett.
Born on April 19, 1972 in Moultrie, Georgia, he was the son of Alex Frank Hodnett and Carrie Castleberry Hodnett of Moultrie. Mr. Hodnett worked for the Colquitt County Sheriff’s Office as a Correctional Officer and was a member of The Moultrie Church of God. He was preceded in death by his granddaughter, Isabella Grace Hodnett.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Hodnett is survived by his loving wife, Donna Lynn Odom Hodnett; sons, Justin Hodnett and wife Becca Jo, Josh Hodnett and fiancée Summer Young, Emanuel Hodnett, and Levi Hodnett; daughters, Donna Lee Hodnett, and Jada Hodnett; grandchildren, Kristie Lee Hodnett, Emma Grace Hodnett, Madilyn Grace Mims, and Brynleigh Lenona Young; brothers, Dewayne Hodnett, Frankie Hodnett and wife Perscilla, and Alex Hodnett; and special dogs, Daisy and Sadie.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, February 5, 2022 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm in the chapel of Baker Funeral Home.
The Family will also be receiving friends at the home of Donna Hodnett.
