Montine Florence Bloodworth, 94, of Moultrie, died Sunday, March 3, 2019 at Legacy Village in Moultrie.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, March 6, 2019 at 2:00 pm at Pinecrest Memory Gardens with Rev. Ricky McLaughlin officiating.
Born on September 29, 1924, she was the daughter of the late Felix Guy Nelson and Annie Belle Roberts Nelson. She was retired seamstress at Riverside Manufacturing Co. and was a lifelong member of Moultrie Church of God.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Blanton Lee Bloodworth; son, Wayne Blanton Bloodworth; daughter, Linda Annette Gilmour; brother, Maurice Nelson; sister, Geneva Akridge; and granddaughter, Victoria Bloodworth.
She is survived by her daughter, Kay Bloodworth Squires and husband William of Bonaire; grandson, William R. Squires Jr. and wife Caroline of Warner Robins; granddaughter, Penelope Bloodworth of Brooklyn, New York.
In lieu of flowers, the family ask that donations be made to Kindred Hospice 432 E Shotwell Street Bainbridge, Georgia 39819.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Baker Funeral Home.
