Myrine Calloway Weeks, 74, of Moultrie died Friday, Feb. 24, 2012, at Archbold Memorial Hospital. The funeral service will be 2 p.m. Monday, Feb. 27, at Baker Funeral Home Chapel with burial at Weeks Chapel Cemetery. Pastor Thomas Morey will officiate. Pallbearers will be Michal Casteel, Kevin Johnson, Travis Calloway, Robbie Casteel, Kelly Casteel and Joshua Lassetter. Mrs. Weeks was born Aug. 19, 1937, in Loganville, Ga., to the late Hoyt Calloway and Lola Brownlee Calloway. She was a Baptist and a homemaker. Survivors include her husband, Cecil L. Weeks of Moultrie; two sons, Eugene Johnson of Moultrie and Kenny Hewett of Thomasville; five daughters, Kathy Casteel and husband Lavon of Hartsfield, Delayne Johnson and husband James of Moultrie, Penny Rosales of Moultrie, Sally Workman and friend Rusty Van Houten of Moultrie, and Andrea Ogletree and husband Eddie of Moultrie; a daughter-in-law, Karen "Missy" Hewett of Moultrie; a brother, Joe Calloway and wife Willie of Doerun; a sister, Louise Cappas of Lake Blackshear; and several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Quincy Hewett; one son, Billy Hewett; one daughter, Cynthia Hewett; four brothers, James, Owen, Roe and Andrew Calloway; and a sister, Mary Frances Thompson.
