Patricia Ann Mercer Dalton, 66, of Norman Park, died on Saturday, October 20, 2018 at her residence.
Funeral service was held on Tuesday, October 23, 2018 at 11:00 am in the chapel of Baker Funeral Home with Rev. Shane Smith and Rev. Terry Webb officiating. Interment followed at Baker/Hillcrest Memorial Garden. Casketbearers were Brad Dalton, Jason Tatum, Ambry McDowell, Shannon Paramore, Stephen Godley, and Jadie Godley.
Born on February 8, 1952, in Moultrie, she was the daughter of the late Russell G. Mercer and Inez Maxwell Mercer. She was a co-owner of Ember's Restaurant and Dalton's Chicken. She was also a member of Temple Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister in law, Suzanne Dalton; mother in law, Ida Belle Dalton; and father in law, R.L. Dalton.
Survivors include her husband, Bobby Dalton of Norman Park; sons, Allen Dalton and wife Miranda, and Kelly Dalton and wife Beki, all of Moultrie; daughters, Angie Dalton Cooper and husband Johnny, of North Carolina and Robi Dalton Jursik, of Moultrie; grandchildren, Devin Smith, Beau Dalton, Shannon Cooper, Sarah Beth Land, Lauren Hall, Katie Hall, and Kenlee Dalton; great grandchild, Kayleigh Morrison; brother, John Mercer and wife Beth, of Tallahassee, Florida; brother in law, Lewayne Dalton, of Waycross; sister in law, Patsy Dalton Akridge and husband David, of Norman Park; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 23, 2018 from 10am - 11am, one hour prior to the service in the chapel of Baker Funeral Home.
