Paul David Kayse

Paul David Kayse, 76, of Moultrie, passed away on Wednesday, July 24, 2024, at Colquitt Regional Medical Center. 

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday, July 27, 2024, in the chapel of Baker Funeral Home with Rev. Charlie Tucker officiating. Archie Dennis, Malachi Dennis, Kourtt Rowland, Jason Kayse, Kris Duff, and James Kayse will serve as pallbearers. Interment will follow at Baker Hillcrest Memorial Gardens. 

The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Friday, July 26, 2024, in the chapel of Baker Funeral Home. 

Born on September 28, 1947, in Smithland, Kentucky, to the late Elmer Clark Kayse and Nora Slayden Kayse. Mr. Kayse was a hard-working man and was of the Baptist faith. 

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Debra Ann Kayse; son-in-law, Doc Higginbotham; brothers, Elmer Ellis Kayse, John C. Kayse, Sr., and Euing D. Kayse; sisters, Jean Kayse, Else Kayse Boals, and Elizabeth E. Kayse.

Mr. Kayse is survived by his wife, Judith Phillips Kayse of Moultrie; sons, Paul Kayse, Jr. and wife Amber of Wingo, Kentucky, James Kayse and wife Tabbie of Mayfield, Kentucky, and Jason Kayse of Moultrie; daughters, Paula Higginbotham of Sylvester, Georgia, Cassandra Dawn Adams and husband Chuck of Lizella, Georgia, Angel Dennis and husband Archie of Moultrie, Georgia, and Amy Duff and husband Kris of Mayfield, Kentucky; stepchildren, Rebecca Williams, Deborah Hoffman, Cindy Simpson, and Daniel Scroggins; 23 grandchildren; and 30 great-grandchildren. 

Arrangements have been entrusted to Baker Funeral Home.
