Phyllis Marie Miller Blackburn Mash (PICTURE) MOULTRIE Phyllis Marie Miller Blackburn Mash, 54, of Moultrie, died Friday, Oct. 26, 2012, at Colquitt Regional Medical Center. A memorial service will be held 2 p.m., Friday, Nov. 2, at Ione Freewill Baptist Church with the Rev. Terron Stonecypher officiating. Born April 20, 1958, in Pelham, she was the daughter of the late John L. Miller, Sr. and Ruby Mae Wilson Mercer. She was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith. Survivors include a son, Christopher Monroe McMillan and wife Tonya of Macon, Ga.; daughters, Joanie Marie Blackburn and fiancé Mario Garcia of Moultrie and Teresa Dawn Yon and partner Charlotte Moncrief Dean of Valdosta, Ga.; a sister, Vickie Lynn Miller Williams and Pedro Rosales of Moultrie; a brother, John L. Miller Jr. and fiancée Angie Marie Palmer of Moultrie; grandchildren, Kirby Luis Yon, Mahylah Phillips and Karman Patterson, all of Moultrie; great-grandchildren, Jayden Willoughlby of Forsyth, Ga.; nieces, Ruby Lynn Walker, Amanda Nicole Arias, Vickie Dawn Clemons, Hope Leanne Porter, and Brenda Marlena Brooks; and a special cousin, Edna Yon.
