Richard "Ricky" Samuel Hogan

Richard "Ricky" Samuel Hogan, 64, of Moultrie, passed away on Tuesday, August 7, 2018 at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital.
Funeral service will be held at 11 o'clock on Friday, August 10, 2018 at Mt. Olive Baptist Church with Rev. Andy Cashwell and Rev. Phillip Dove officiating. Interment will follow at Reedy Creek Cemetery. Casketbearers will be John Massey, Todd Massey, Drew Massey, Gary Burgess, Justin Massey, and Joe Rosales.
Born on September 21, 1953, in Fitzgerald, Georgia, he was the son of the late Russell Samuel Hogan and Josephine Margaret Morris Hogan. He worked with Steel Building System Designs in Adel and a member of Mt. Olive Baptist Church. He loved his Lord, Family, and grandchildren. He loved the outdoors, fishing, golf, the Colquitt Co. Packers, and the Florida State Seminoles.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Mickey Hogan.
He is survived by his wife Sue Ann Hiers Hogan of Moultrie; daughters, Michelle Dove and husband Phillip of Omega and Mindy Bryant and husband Chris of Quitman; grandchildren, Jordyn Dove, Kitt Bryant, and Aiden Bryant; brothers, Sammy Hogan and wife Nancy of Ocala, FL, Bill Hogan and wife Tammy of Scooterville, Scotty Hogan and wife Vonia of Tifton, and Lamar Hogan and wife Renee of Tifton; and sisters, Linda Massey of Omega and Rhonda Burgess and husband Gary of Omega.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 9, 2018 from 6pm-8pm in the chapel of Baker Funeral Home.
