Roger McDaniel

Roger Cleve McDaniel,63, of Adel, passed away Sunday, August 8, 2021, at Colquitt Regional Medical Center.
A funeral service will be held at 5:30 PM on Thursday, August 12, 2021, at New Life Baptist Church in Adel with Bro. Chad Payne and Bro. Donnie Duncan officiating. Interment will follow at New Life Church Cemetery. Tanner Whitman, Jonathan McDaniel, Blake McDaniel, Shane McDaniel, Stan McDaniel, and Luke Griffin will serve as pallbearers.
Mr. McDaniel was born on July 22, 1958, in Thomasville, Georgia, he was the son of Margaret Thompson McDaniel and the late Taylor P. McDaniel.
He was employed with Luffman-Byers Engineering and was a charter member and deacon of New Life Baptist Church in Adel.
In addition to his mother Mr. McDaniel is survived by his wife, Peggy Huffstuttler McDaniel of Adel; sons, John Taylor McDaniel, and Jason Edward McDaniel both of Adel; sister, Tigra Griffin and husband Ronnie of Adel; brothers, Robin McDaniel and wife Kathy, Ryan McDaniel and wife Sandy, and Royce McDaniel and wife Julie all of Adel.
Visitation will be held from 4:00-5:30 PM on Thursday, August 12, 2021, at New Life Baptist Church.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Baker Funeral Home.
