Ruby Eudora O'Kelley

Ruby Eudora Butler O'Kelley, 89, of Moultrie, died on Thursday, February 8, 2024, at her residence.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, February 10, 2024, in the Chapel of Baker Funeral Home with Rev. Jimmy Albritton, Rev. John Eubanks, and Rev. Steve Scarrow officiating. Interment will follow at Baker/Hillcrest Memorial Gardens. Jason Law, Jamie Law, Darrell Fulton, Rhett Law, Logan Law, Austin Law, and Jacob Law will serve as pallbearers. Turner Castleberry and Walker Story will serve as Honorary pallbearers.

Visitation will be held from 10:00 am until the hour of the service on Saturday, February 10, 2024.

She was born on December 12, 1934, in Doerun, Georgia to the late Edjebert Butler and Ida Mae Lee Butler. She worked as a seamstress for Southland Interior for many years and was a member of Friendship Alliance Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Timothy James O'Kelley; four brothers, and four sisters.

She is survived by her husband, James Alfred O'Kelley of Moultrie; daughters, Kim O'Kelley Law and husband, Lavone of Moultrie and Suzanne O'Kelley Causey and husband, Marlon, Jr. of Moultrie; brother, Frank Butler of Albany; sister, Inez Knight of Moultrie; five grandchildren, Mary Lynn Hayden and husband, Chris of Moultrie, Ashley Causey Fulton and husband, Darrell of Rochester, NY., Marlee Causey of Syracuse, NY., Jamie Law of Moultrie, and Jason Law and wife, Michelle of Moultrie; great-grandchildren, Sterlin Law, Preston Law, Turner Castleberry, Walker Story, Carson Hayden, Klohe Law, Rhett Law, Logan Law and wife Emily, Austin Law, and Jacob Law; great -great grandchildren, Lakeli Law, Kashton Law, Paisley Law, and Bentley Law.
