Shela Joan Waters Dozier MOULTRIE Shela Joan Waters Dozier, 69, of Moultrie, died Wednesday, May 1, 2013, at Agape Health and Rehab of Moultrie. Funeral services will be 11 a.m., Saturday, May 4, at Baker Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Ronald Barrett officiating. Born April 12, 1944, in Indianapolis, Ind., she was the daughter of the late Franklin Dalmar Waters and Helen Marie Holman Waters. She was a cook at the Sportsman's Restaurant and a member of the Catholic faith. She was preceded in death by a brother, Robert Waters. Survivors include brothers, Steven Waters of Tampa, Fla., Ted Waters and wife Nancy of Enterprise, Ala., and Billy Waters and wife Diane of Normal, Ill.; sisters, Vickie Dubois and husband Ralph of Grovetown, Ga., Dixie Cox and husband Royce of Moultrie and Nita Kirkpatrick and husband Paull of Tallahassee, Fla.; and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be one prior to the service on Saturday. Donations may be made to Colquitt County Hospice. Baker Funeral Home has been entrusted with arrangements.
