Sherron Boyd

Sherron Lynne Gregory Boyd, 43, of Berlin, Georgia was born December 25, 1977 in New Smyrna Beach, Florida and raised in Tallahassee, Florida, and passed into eternity on July 15, 2021.
A private family memorial service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family ask that donations be made to Bethany Hospice 2012 E. Pinetree Blvd. Suite A Thomasville, Georgia 31792 to whom the family is grateful to for their loving care of Sherron.

Sherron is preceded in death by her father, Charles Leonard Gregory, grandparents, Ruth and Abraham Travassos and step-brother, Mike Copeland.
Sherron is survived by her soulmate and husband, Daniel E. Boyd, Jr.; Children Andria Roker (Destiny), Charli Jaye Deese, and Haley Boyd; Mother and stepfather, Laura Travassos Copeland (John); Sister, Shannon Gregory Renfro (James); Step-brother Chris Copeland; Niece and Nephew Codi and Clay Chastain; Mother-in-law Shelby Boyd; and Sister-in-law Luellen Short (Robert); Fur babies Lola and Konkey; many Aunts, Uncles, cousins and more friends than she probably realized.
The relationship Sherron and Danny shared during their 21 years of marriage was like none other. Their love and devotion to each other was the fairy-tale kind – a once in a lifetime love story.
Sherron faced many trials during her lifetime, but weathered them with a positive attitude and magnetic personality. She had a heart of gold and would freely share anything she had with others in need.
Sherron surrendered her life to her Jesus and was a valiant reader of God’s word and a prayer warrior. She anxiously awaited her transition to Heaven. Her testimony song would have been: “What a day that will be, when my Jesus I shall see, when I look upon His face, the one who saved me by His grace. When He takes me by the hand and leads me through the Promised Land, what a day, glorious day that will be.” She has experienced that glorious day in person now!
Sherron’s personality was bigger than life and she was a great influence in so many lives. She will be sorely missed.
