Shirley Yvonne Glasgow (PICTURE) MOULTRIE Shirley Yvonne Glasgow, 74, of Moultrie, died Wednesday, Jan. 2, 2013, at her residence. Funeral services will be held 2 p.m., Friday, Jan. 4, 2013, at Baker Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Mark Jordan officiating. Born Dec. 15, 1938, in Sale City, she was the daughter of the late Oklen James "O.J." Carroll and Wanna Lee Webb Carroll. She was retired from Riverside Mfg. Co., a people greeter at Walmart and a certified EMT. She was of the Holiness faith. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Elmore Glasgow; a son, Chris Glasgow; and a grandson, Stephen Roberts Survivors include her step-grandmother, Meccie Dillon of Pelham; son, Michael David Glasgow and fiancée Kathy Jo McNichols of Moultrie; daughters, Cathy Roberts and husband Terry of Moultrie, Laura England and husband Joe of Kokomo, Ind.,and Ginger Johnson of Moultrie; brothers, Dickey Carroll and wife Barbara of Macon, Romey Carroll and wife Margaret of Sylvester, Wayne Carroll and wife Bonnie of Gainesville, Ga., and Al Whittington and wife Barbara of Moultrie; sisters, Kay Prosser of Moultrie and Vickie and Leon Sellers of Moultrie; grandchildren, Angela Carter, Leanna Padgett, Tonya Sullivan, Robbie Watson, Miranda Johnson, Jessica Johnson, Mersadies Rowe, Nicholas Kent, Brayl Edwards, Haven Glasgow, Baylee Glasgow,Haylee Glasgow and Christopher Tyler Glasgow; 15 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m., thursday Jan 3, at the funeral home. The family may be contacted at 5320 Ga. Hwy. 37 East, the home of Cathy and Terry Roberts.
