Tammy Lynn Kennedy Perry

Tammy Lynn Kennedy Perry, 58, of Meigs, passed away on Tuesday, July 9, 2024, at Archbold Medical Center in Thomasville.

A celebration of life will be held at Marcia Ayers's home, 5541 Lower Meigs Rd. Meigs, on Saturday, July 13, 2024, at 11 a.m.

Born on December 27, 1965, in Moultrie, Georgia, she was the daughter of Ernest Kennedy and the late Joan Goodman. Tammy dedicated many years to serving and protecting our community with unwavering commitment and grace. Throughout her distinguished career, she earned the respect and admiration of her colleagues and the local residents, leaving a mark on all she encountered. She was of the Baptist faith.

In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Perry.

She is survived by her father, Ernest Kennedy, and wife Danice; sisters Marcia Ayers and husband Mark of Moultrie, Michelle Carver of Cairo, and Malisa Wildes and husband Todd of Moultrie; numerous nieces, nephews, and a special fur pup, Sally.
