Tammy Michele Suber

Pavo - Tammy Michele Suber, 38 passed away Saturday, Sept. 3, 2016 at her residence. A private family Interment was held Saturday at Pinecrest Memory Gardens. Born November 18, 1977, she was the daughter of Tommy Suber and the late Hazel Houston Suber. Michele was a 1996 graduate of Thomas County Central High. In 2003, she graduated from Husson College in Bangor, Maine with her RN, BSN degree. She was a RN/BSN at various hospitals and nursing homes until her health caused her to stop. She then became a caregiver for her mother, Hazel Suber, until her death in 2015. Since then she was the primary caregiver of her father, Tommy Suber until her untimely death. She was of the Nazarene faith. Michele had many talents and gifts. She enjoyed making wooden signs for friends and family. She learned these talents from her dad. She enjoyed working with her dad making wooden things and working in the yard with flowers and plants. She was an avid fisher. Most will remember Michele as a compassionate, patient, loving person who cared for others. She was preceded in death by her mother, Hazel Houston Suber; paternal grandmother, Ruth Connell Suber Perry; maternal grandparents, William Plas "Bill" Houston and Jewel Morgan Houston; and 3 brothers, Bill Oliver Suber, Ronald Rabon Suber and Walter Lee Suber. Survivors include her father, Tommy Suber of Pavo; Sister, Brenda Gale Elkins and husband Terry of Cairo; and nieces, Ashley Suber, Alicia Suber, Amber Suber and Joanie Suber.
