Tammy Elise Paulk Ward,62, of Doerun, died Monday, October 12, 2020 at Pruitt Health Moultrie.
A graveside service will be held at 10:00 AM on Friday, October 16, 2020 at Rocky Creek Cemetery with Rev. Chris McPherson officiating.
Born on May 26, 1958 in Sylvester, she was the daughter of Roy Elton Paulk and the late Edna Mae Singley Paulk. She was a homemaker and was of the Baptist Faith.
In addition to her father Mrs. Ward is survived by her husband of 30 years, Gerald Ward of Doerun; son, Clarence Ward and wife Lisa of Statesboro; brother, Isaac Paulk and wife Crissy of Doerun; sisters, Rose Sherrod of Thomasville, Chris Farney and husband Scott of Thomasville, Sherrie Paulk of Doerun, and Annie Paulk and husband Eddie of Albany; 3 grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Baker Funeral Home.
