Thomas 'Tommy' Franklin Williams NORMAN PARK - Thomas 'Tommy' Franklin Williams, 59, died Monday, Feb. 22, 2016, at Methodist University Hospital in Memphis, Tenn.  Funeral services will be Saturday, Feb. 27, at 11 a.m. at Southside Baptist Church in Norman Park with the Rev. Roland Bamberg officiating and assisted by the Rev. John Myrick and the Rev. Jimmy Voyles. Interment will follow in Omega Cemetery. Casketbearers will be Jerry Douglas, Levi Douglas. Dallas Douglas, Frankie Douglas, Keith Williams, and J.J. Douglas.  Born on April 4, 1956, in Moultrie, he was the son of the late Robert Milton Williams and Ruby Mae Smith Williams. He was a truck driver for Kelly Manufacturing Co. and was of the Baptist faith.  He was preceded in death by two brothers, Aldwin Williams and Hilton Williams.  Survivors include his wife, Velveline 'Redbug' Douglas Williams; sons, Thomas Howard Williams of Norman Park, Scotty Williams and wife Carla of Tifton, and Kevin Williams of Norman Park; daughter, Tina Brady and Husband Layton of Norman Park; brothers, Samuel Williams and wife Corine of Glenville, Ga., and J.J. Williams and wife Glenda of Norman Park; sisters, Elizabeth Barlow of Albany, Kathy York of Lawrenceville, Ga., and Brenda Johnson and husband Stan of Sylvester; sister-in-law, Ethel Wardrop; and grandchildren, Alex Banda, Johnny Wiliams, Taylor Williams, Casey Williams, Kelsey Williams, Mackenzie Brady, Haley Williams, and Faith Williams.  Visitation will be held Friday, Feb. 26, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Baker Funeral Home Chapel.  Arrangements have been enrusted to Baker Funeral Home.  Please leave condolences for the family at http://www.bakerfuneralhomeofmoultrie.com/ and http://www.moultrieobserver.com/ .
