Tim Hartsfield

Charles Timothy "Tim" Hartsfield, 57, of Norman Park, entered Heaven's Gate on Saturday, December 5, 2020.
The celebration of his heavenly homecoming will be held at 4:00pm on Wednesday, December 9, 2020 in the chapel of Baker Funeral Home with Rev. Andy Ring and Dr. Jimmy Voyles officiating.
Born on December 10, 1962 in Moultrie, Georgia, he was the son of Charles "Buddy" Glenn Hartsfield and Brenda Jane Weaver Hartsfield. Loyal, humble, faithful, and a man of integrity is what his family and friends will remember. Tim was the spiritual leader of his entire family and the backbone everyone depended on. With joy and delight, Tim was married to his high school sweetheart for 39 years. He proudly answered to "Poppy" when his grandchildren called on him as well as "Daddy" from his girls. Working as an independent insurance agent he was devoted to his clients whom he dearly loved and appreciated. Tim was a loyal, committed husband and father who lovingly dedicated his life to serving his family and friends. Tim was the finest of friends to everyone he met and everyone quickly admired him.  He was a dedicated brother to his lifelong friends, giving to their needs, and no one questioned the love he had for them. Tim enjoyed being on the water, fishing, guiding quail hunts, grilling with his family, listening to southern gospel music, playing the guitar and piano, and the fellowship and ministering he received attending Salem Baptist Church.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Hartsfield is survived by his loving wife of 39 years, Robin Hartsfield of Norman Park; daughters, Carey Jessica Willis and husband B.J. of Sylvester, Amanda Leigh Banks of Tifton, and Misty Free and husband Chris of Tifton; brother, Chuck Hartsfield of Scotts Hill, Tennessee; sister, Sandy Tompkins and husband James of Norman Park; grandchildren, Zachary Tait Milner, Austin Reece Willis, Madison Leigh Banks, and Gracelyn Faith Willis.
Visitation to honor our beloved husband, father, grandfather, son, brother, and friend will be held from 6:00pm -8:00pm on Tuesday, December 8, 2020 in the chapel of Baker Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Salem Baptist Church building fund. 1128 Salem Church Rd Tifton, GA 31793
