Wilhelmina "Billie" Taylor Ingram Plymel, 92, of Moultrie, passed away on Thursday, January 31, 2019 at The Presbyterian Home of Quitman. Graveside services will be held on Sunday, February 3, 2019 at 3pm in Sparks Cemetery with Rev. Andy Cashwell officiating. Casketbearers will be Jeremy Ingram, Keith Criswell, Tony Rodriguez, Scott Wilson, Kolby Register, and Mike Clark. Born on August 30, 1926, in Rochelle, Georgia, she was the daughter of the late Rev. William Marshall Taylor, Sr. and Eugenia Gray Taylor. She was a nurse, LPN at Rest Awhile Nursing Home and was of the Baptist faith.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Oel Barnes Ingram, Jr.; second husband, Willie Van Plymel; daughter, Teresa Diane Ingram; son, David Lee Ingram; sister, Eloise Howell; brother, William Marshall Taylor, Jr.; and one great grandson, Raylan Ingram.She is survived by her son, William Barnes Ingram and wife Beth of Climax, Georgia; daughters, Frances Smith and husband Sterling of Hahira, and Cathy Ingram and fiancée Dana of Moultrie; grandchildren, Missy Register, Tiffany Clark and husband Mike, Jeremy Ingram and wife Elizabeth, Mandy Ingram and husband Keith, Tony Rodriguez, Mason Tucker, and Amalee Tucker; 7 great grandchildren; one great-great grandson; and niece Pat Croft and husband Colin. She is also survived by 7 stepchildren and their respective families.
