Winnie Davis

Winnie Whittington Davis, 72, of Norman Park, died Saturday, July 17, 2021, at her home.
A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, July 21, 2021 in the chapel of Baker Funeral Home with Christopher Merritt and Pastor Charlotte Lawrence officiating. Interment will follow at Wrights Chapel Cemetery. Christopher Merritt, Liles Hall, Kevin Hall, David Davis, Jr., Tyler Croft and Dylan Harrell will serve as pallbearers.
Born on June 16, 1949, in Moultrie, Georgia, she was the daughter of the late Cleve Whittington and Faye Burch Whittington. She was a retired truck driver from Triple R Transportation and was of the Holiness Faith.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jeffie Lenward Davis; siblings, Charlotte Douglas, Billy Whittington, and Terry Whittington; and great granddaughter, Brooklynn Fletcher.
Mrs. Davis is survived by her son, David Davis and wife Stephenie of Norman Park; daughters, Tammy Davis Winborne and husband Chris of Winnsboro, LA, and Chrissi Davis Hall and husband Scott of Berlin; grandchildren, Elizabeth Croft and husband Tyler, Emily Davis, Hanna Davis and Dylan Harrell, Katelyn Davis, David Davis, Jr., Christopher Merritt and wife Susanne, Kacey Megahee and husband Tanner, Liles Hall and Allison Eason, Kevin Hall and wife Logan, Christopher Winborne II and wife Candice, and Brandy Crochet; great grandchildren, Ella Croft, Dalton Croft, Sam Croft, Davis Harrell, Macie Claire Harrell, Ryder Hall, Tristan Crochet, Xander Brady, Dakota Burris, Xoie Winborne; siblings, Sammy Whittington, Virginia Douglas and husband Buddy, Margie Dorsey, Stanley Whittington, Robin Whittington and wife Linda, Shelia Douglas and husband Tom; sister in laws, Ann Davis DeMott and husband Jimmy, and Nancy Ethridge and husband Wayne, Tina Whittington.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 20, 2021, from 6:00-8:00PM in the chapel of Baker Funeral Home.
