Yamarie Santiago

Yamarie Rosado Santiago, 41, of Moultrie, died at home on Monday, January 6, 2025.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.

Born on October 25, 1983, in Ponce, Puerto Rico, she was the daughter of Gilberto Rosado and Carmen Nydia Santiago. She was a dedicated homemaker, creating a warm and loving home for her family. Yamarie had a profound love for music, which filled her days with joy and brought smiles to everyone around her. Her affection for Winnie the Pooh reflected her warm, nurturing spirit and a heart that always found beauty in the simple, sweet moments of life. Above all, Yamarie’s greatest devotion was to her family, especially her two sons, Pedro and Carlos, who were her pride and joy.

In addition to her mother and father, she is survived by her sons, Pedro Ramirez and Carlos Manuel Rosado; brothers, Jose Santiago, Fernando Rodriguez, and Alfonso Perez; sisters, Daniela Herrera, Carmen Ortiz, Rosemary Rosado, and Nicole Perez; and special friends, Claudia Sanchez and Iesha Richardson; and several nieces and nephews.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Baker Funeral Home.
